Service Policy

At Kuyasa Visionary Group Enterprise (KVGE), we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and strategic solutions that empower our clients to succeed. To ensure clarity, fairness, and a professional relationship, we have outlined our policies below.

1. Appointments & Scheduling

- All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance.

- Sessions will start and end at the agreed-upon time. Please arrive on time to maximize the value of your session.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in the session being forfeited.

3. Missed Appointments

- If a client misses an appointment, the session will be counted as completed and no refund or reschedule will be provided.

- Exceptions may be considered in the case of emergencies, at the discretion of KVGE.

4. Payments & Refunds

- All coaching sessions and packages must be paid for in advance.

- Payments are non-refundable once a session has been completed.

- No refunds will be offered for unused sessions.

5. Confidentiality

- All information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential.

- We respect the privacy of our clients and will not disclose personal or business information without consent, except where required by law.

6. Client Commitment

- Coaching is a partnership. While KVGE provides guidance, strategies, and support, the client is responsible for taking action and applying what is learned.

- Success depends on active participation, honesty, and commitment.
